Our team is going to complete the machining of a 9m in diameter bearing flange for a FPSO which is presently undergo integration phase in Singapore. Even though the recent foul weather is not being helpful in the progress, our team has put in extra mile to maintain the schedule committed to our client.
We are also being tasked with additional work scope to conduct dimensional control check using laser tracker and total station. Faro laser tracker and Leica TM30 were deployed for this mission to fulfill the specification needed.

Check on hole marking using Faro laser tracker
Drilling of 132 x dia70mm holes
Achieve good surface finishing for both surface and holes
Dia 125 spot facing for bolt washer
