Linear milling

Our linear milling equipment is different from conventional gantry planer machine as it can acclimatize to site conditions and conduct surface milling from 4m2 to 72m2. With assistance using laser controlled levelling milling head assembly, the machine can achieved up to 0.02mm flatness runout for steam turbine casing half joint face. Both cross and rail beams are heavily constructed to hold milling head assembly that is driven by 30 horsepower hydraulic powerpack and propel a 20” milling cutter to take 1mm depth of cut with a 500mm per minute feed rate. Stocked with vast number of components and structural beams of different lengths, we are able to prepare up to 6 complete sets of linear milling machines to help our client to expedite their project.
